Fluffy Pancakes
These fluffy American-style pancakes are a weekend favorite in our house and an absolute hit with the kids! Thick, soft, and golden on the outside with that perfect pillowy texture inside, they’re everything a classic stack of pancakes should be. The secret is in the buttermilk (or a quick substitute) which gives them that signature tender crumb and slight tang. Whether you pile them high with maple syrup, fresh berries, chocolate chips, or just a pat of melting butter, these pancakes disappear fast. They’re simple enough to whip up on a lazy Saturday morning but special enough to make breakfast feel like a treat. And the best part? Watching your kids’ faces light up when they see that tall stack coming to the table. Perfect for family breakfasts, weekend brunch, or even breakfast-for-dinner nights when you want something comforting and crowd-pleasing.
